GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
We will repair any item purchased through our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Vanessa Mellet Jewelry retailer. We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products, some components may not be available for repair. We guarantee that our pieces are carefully crafted, inspected, and are free from known defects. We will repair or replace any defective pieces we see fit and deemed to have been defective as a result of manufacturing, free of charge for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for warranty work. Additionally, any modifications made by the customer voids the warranty. Shipping charges may apply. After one year, repairs will incur a charge and shipping. Please email us for a return authorization (RA). Make sure to clearly label packages for repair.

PRIVACY
We will not sell, share or trade any of your information to any third party. It will be used solely by our company. PAYMENTS We accept Visa, Mastercard, America Express PayPal, or check (orders paid via check will not be placed until check has cleared). CANCELLATIONS You may cancel an order provided it has not entered our production system. If it has, a partial refund may be made depending how far along the order is. This will be decided on a case by case basis. |
